Select Scotland Tours is a team of Scottish Tourist Guides Association (STGA) Blue Badge guides, fully qualified to guide throughout Scotland. We specialise in creating and delivering tailor-made, private tours for discerning clients. With a range of specialisms and several lifetimes' worth of local knowledge, we ensure people get the very best from their travels around Scotland - incredible experiences with relaxed, insightful and engaging guides.

We were the first STGA guides to be awarded the prestigious Gold Award by Green Tourism in recognition of our efforts regarding sustainable tourism. Part of our commitment sees us offset all our carbon emissions by planting native trees in our own Select Scotland Tours grove in the Highlands of Scotland.

We drive a range of luxury vehicles, including Mercedes V-Class MPVs and Land Rover 4x4s, which offer safe and comfortable driver-guided tours in Scotland.

In Scotland ONLY the STGA is recognised as the membership association for professional, qualified and accredited tourist guides by the World Federation of Tourist Guide Associations (WFTGA) and the Federation of European Tourist Guides Association (FEG). We are also fully insured. 

Our team members have worked in senior level roles across a wide range of industries, including oil exploration and production, financial services, cultural heritage, education, food and drink, agriculture and commercial aviation. This wealth of knowledge and years of experience help us provide exceptional service when it comes to dealing with our clients.

The Select Scotland Tours team is based throughout Scotland and can meet all guiding needs, from day tours (walking and driving) to extended tours and ancestral research. We offer a vast range of tours and are always happy to work with clients to create personal itineraries that are tailored to them.
